Relay for Life is back on Jun. 24 and there is a loaded schedule of activities on the docket.

Relay For Life is back and this year the event will be a 12-hour, single-day event.

This was the year that the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Berkshire County was supposed to move back to Pittsfield after having been held at Monument Mountain High School in Great Barrington for the past seven years. The Relay event, which was supposed have been held in June, had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic...

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional Relay for Life event is being replaced with a special event coming in October.

Gardino says that this year, Relay is moving back to Pittsfield. The event will be held at Guardian Life on South Street in the businesses southern parking lot.
