Another Local Business Stepping Up With Mask Distribution

In case you happen to miss out on Berkshire Money Management’s distribution of 5,000 free masks on Thursday, you will have another chance to grab some on Friday.

Another Berkshire County business is stepping up and doing a distribution of their own on Friday for people in Pittsfield and in Great Barrington.

Wheeler & Taylor Insurance will be handing out 1,000 free masks at its Great Barrington office at 333 Main Street and at its Pittsfield office at 402 East Street, from 10 a.m. until supplies are gone at both locations.

They want to keep everyone self during the handout by employing proper physical distancing, so they are asking people to pull cars in for a drive-thru distribution.

According to Scott Rote, President of Wheeler & Taylor, this is the first in a series of community services planned by the company to help everyone stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
