Dunkin’ Test Marketing New Drink in Pittsfield
Starting today Pittsfield is a test market for new Dunkin’ beverage. Dunkin is testing a number of different concoctions this summer across Massachusetts according to an article at masslive.com.
The drinks include Summer Shandies, Bubble Iced Coffee and Tea, Layered Ice Tea, Popping Bubble Iced Tea and Sparkling Dunkin’ Refreshers. Each drink will have its own test market and will only be available in that market.
Pittsfield Dunkin’s will be the test sites for Sparkling Dunkin’ Refreshers. The drink in made with iced green tea, B vitamins, sparkling water, and Peach or Strawberry flavored concentrate. According to the article the drink is less than 200 calories with no artificial dyes and flavors.

A number of other western Mass locales where chosen as test sites. Westfield and Northampton will be testing Popping Bubble Iced Tea and Sparkling Dunkin’ Refreshers. Springfield, Ludlow, Chicopee and East Longmeadow will serve as test sites for Bubble Iced Coffee and Tea.
Other Mass cities and towns that will also serve as test sites for new beveages include Wilminton, Weymouth, Middleboro, Hanover, Lynn, Salem and Haydenville.
Dunkin' is headquartered in Canton Mass and was founded by William Rosenberg in Quincy in 1950.
