A Lanesborough man is free on recognizance following his arraignment last week on child pornography charges. The Berkshire Eagle reports that 58-year-old Jeffrey King was arraigned on Friday of last week on three charges stemming from allegations dating back to December 2018.

Details of the allegations were not immediately released as records in the case have been placed under seal. King pleaded not guilty in Central Berkshire District Court to one count each of possession of child pornography, posing or exhibiting a child in the nude and photographing an unsuspecting nude person.

King, who is out on recognizance, is due back in court on Feb. 11th for a pretrial hearing.
