Pittsfield Hoping To Reinvigorate Its Image With New Marketing Campaign
The City of Pittsfield has a lot to offer its residents and visitors, and the city is launching a new marketing campaign complete with a new website and slogan to reinvigorate its image and re-connect with residents and those who visit our fair city.
The new campaign is called "Love Pittsfield" and its new website lovepittsfield.com will serve as the new home for everything Pittsfield, from local events and cultural attractions to the city's wealth of amazing restaurants and shops.

We know that Pittsfield is an amazing city where residents and visitors can live, work, and play. The Love Pittsfield campaign is our opportunity to share this message. The new website will feature exciting activities and events for individuals and families, all happening right here in our city. Additionally, it shines a well-deserved spotlight on the many places where patrons can dine, shop, and simply enjoy the best of Pittsfield.
The new website, six months in the making, replaces the Discover Pittsfield site...
According to a press release from the city's Office of Cultural Development, the new site so far has168 listings and about 150 events within the city. Its numerous contributors include Downtown Pittsfield, Inc., Barrington Stage Company, Berkshire Theatre Group, Arrowhead at Berkshire Historical Society, the Berkshire Athenaeum, and more.

When we started to think about Love Pittsfield, we received many ideas from the feedback about what people love about our city including outdoor recreation, shopping, live music, and all of the great restaurants.
The new website is divided into three sections... An events calendar, a listing of attractions in 25 categories, and a section that features stories highlighting what you can do if you have three hours to spend in Pittsfield.
