Pittsfield Road Improvement Schedule For 8/26-8/28

If your daily commute involves any of these streets, you want to plan a different route for the next couple of days. The Official Press Release From the City of Pittsfield and the Mayor's Office:

– Please note the following work scheduled for Aug. 26- 28, as part of the City of Pittsfield’s 2020 Street Improvement Project.

Curbing installation will occur on Wednesday, Aug. 26 on Dorchester Avenue; and Thursday, Aug. 27 on Dawes Avenue.

On Friday, Aug. 28, loam and seed work on Elizabeth Street.

On-street parking is prohibited during this work. Please note the schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions. The City of Pittsfield thanks you for your patience during this time.
