Due to the major snowstorm expected on Wednesday, March 7 through Thursday, March 8, trash pickup in the City of Pittsfield is canceled on Wednesday, March 7. Trash pick up will be attempted on Thursday afternoon, weather dependent. Updates will be shared as available.

NOTICE: SNOW EMERGENCY
Mayor Tom Bernard has issued a snow emergency for the City of North Adams from 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2018, until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2018. Residents may not park vehicles on city streets and are encouraged to limit their travel during this time to allow for the clearing of streets throughout this extended storm.
Clarksburg, Lenox have declared snow emergencies: no parking on streets during the storm to allow for snow removal vehicles.
