Pittsfield Police are investigating two shooting incidents that occurred in the city Sunday night and early Monday morning.

Around 8:45pm Sunday, officers responded to the area of Francis Avenue near the intersection of Bradford Street for a ShotSpotter activation. Police eventually discovered that a residence there had been struck by gunfire.

Police responded to a second shooting incident at around 12:50am on Monday Officers responded to the intersection of Second Street and Lincoln Street for another ShotSpotter activation. Officers found that a vehicle there had been struck by gunfire.

No injuries were reported in either incident. Both are under investigation.
