...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST FRIDAY...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM FRIDAY TO 7 AM
EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow occurring. Dangerously cold
  wind chills expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Tree
  branches could fall as well. Additional snow accumulations of 4
  to 8 inches with isolated amounts up to 10 inches across the
  northern Berkshires are expected. Expect wind chills to range
  from 5 below zero to 35 below zero.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Litchfield County. In
  Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire and Southern Berkshire
  Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM EST Friday.
  For the Wind Chill Warning, from 1 AM Friday to 7 AM EST
  Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. The dangerously cold
  wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to
  exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow and blowing snow means severe
winter weather conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep
an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency. The latest road conditions for the state you are
calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and
the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frost
bite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if
precautions are not taken.
