You may have seen them together in the "Father of the Bride" films, as well as many of television show; but on Labor Day Weekend 2018, The Berkshires will be the setting for a pair of comedy legends sharing the stage.

Tanglewood recently announced that Steve Martin and Martin Short will take the stage together on Sunday, Sept. 2 for a show entitled "An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life". The funny thing is, it should be titled "An Afternoon You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life", as showtime is at 2:30.

Martin and Short will be joined by GRAMMY winning bluegrass band Steep Canyon Rangers and keyboardist Jeff Babko. The show will feature a little bit of everything as the two icons celebrate a 30-plus year friendship.

"Audiences can expect (an afternoon) of nonstop laughs as the duo recall their iconic careers, creative influences and most memorable encounters, uniquely presented through a unique blend of stand-up, musical numbers and conversations about their lives in show business," Tanglewood says.

Tickets, which will range from $32 - $149, will go on sale this Monday, Dec. 18 at 10 a.m., which you can get at the Tanglewood website.
