Police are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man whose body was found at Burbank Park on Tuesday evening. The Berkshire Eagle reports that Dennis Yusko, a spokesman for the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office, said that

There were no signs of foul play. We can't release the identity of the person at this time because the next of kin has not been contacted,"

The man was found about 7:30 pm near Onota Lake in an area of the park used for fishing. The man’s identity was not being released pending notification of his family.
