Single vehicle Crash Injures One In Pittsfield

Pittsfield Police patrol units responded with Pittsfield Fire Department and County EMS to the area of Berkshire Hills Country Club at 500 Benedict Road on Wednesday evening for a single vehicle crash involving personal injury.

A blue, 2004 Chevy Colorado pickup truck was found to have left the roadway travelling southbound and struck a tree off the northbound shoulder. The operator, 54-year-old Jeffrey White of Pittsfield, was transported to Berkshire Medical Center because of injuries sustained in the crash.

This crash is under investigation by the Pittsfield Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit.
